Meet Julia Fraser
For more than 15 years, Julia Fraser has proudly served the Central Okanagan community as an elected School Trustee, former Board Chair, Vice-Chair, and the current Chair of the Finance & Planning Committee.
Throughout her years of public service, she has worked closely with residents, the City of Kelowna, local businesses and organizations, provincial ministries, and Indigenous communities to support thoughtful growth, responsible budgeting, and strong community partnerships.
Now, Julia is ready to bring that same collaborative and practical leadership to Kelowna City Council.

Why I’m Running
Kelowna is growing rapidly, and residents want leadership that plans ahead, listens carefully, and focuses on practical solutions.
Julia believes City Council should work collaboratively to address housing affordability, transportation, infrastructure, public safety, and responsible financial planning while protecting the quality of life that makes Kelowna such a special place to live.
