A Dedication to Community Service
Julia Fraser has dedicated more than 15 years to public service, leadership, and community advocacy in the Central Okanagan. As a four-term elected School Trustee, former Board Chair, Vice-Chair, and current Chair of Finance & Planning, she has built a strong reputation for thoughtful leadership, collaboration, and responsible decision-making.
Throughout her years in public office, Julia has worked closely with residents, educators, Indigenous communities, municipal leaders, businesses, provincial ministries, and community organizations to help strengthen the region and support long-term growth planning.
Today, Julia is bringing that same experience, integrity, and community-focused leadership to Kelowna City Council.

Kelowna is one of Canada’s most vibrant and beautiful communities, but with rapid growth comes important challenges and opportunities.
Julia believes Kelowna needs experienced leadership that can help manage growth responsibly while protecting the quality of life residents value most.
